For those who think fitness is the ultimate pursuit
In Ancient times a Palaestra was where Olypians went to train. When you train with Palaestra Fitness Training I want you to be reminded of all the hard work and dedication athletes have put in over centuries of training to become the best they possible can. We may not be trying to get into the next Olympics but we can be just as passionate about our own fitness goals. We are used to hearing "Faster, Higher, Stronger." "These three words represent a programme of moral beauty. The aesthetics of sport are intangible." We can all dedicate time in our lives to be healthier, leaner, and better. "The most important thing is not to win but to take part!" Take part and take control of your health and fitness level. No more making excuses, it's a moral responsibility. Decide now to improve your physical fitness no matter what level you are.
I have been a personal trainer for the past 10 years. I began training because of my interest in bodybuilding. While getting ready for competitions I had the opportunity to help others in the gym who noticed my progress. I really enjoyed seeing others succeed with me and that is what motivated me to pursue personal training as a career. I’ve worked in several locations such as Utah, Las Vegas and Georgia.
Training others to achieve goals has been rewarding for me since day one. I’ve seen success with a variety of clients, whether it’s been losing body fat, gaining muscle, overcoming injuries and health issues, getting ready for sports, women’s figure competitions or bodybuilding.
